    • COOKING FIGS, UNTIL SOFTEN THE FIGS

  2. Ice cream of fruits by Roger Sail M.

    Ingredients:

    1- Some fruits as some oranges, two strawberries, one banana. etc
    2- Milk and "condensed milk"
    3- Sugar
    4- Salt

    Preparation:

    1- Make orange juice with milk.
    2- You cut the strawberries and the banana in pieces small. you mix all in a recipiente.
    3- Add "condensed milk".
    4- We don´t need a lot of sugar for our ice cream. only three teaspoons.
    5- A pinch of salt. This is secret to that our ice cream is the most delicious of all.
    6- Finaly, you go into in the refrigerator for some hours.

  3. DESSERT OF SCUM

    INGREDIENTS:

    300 grams of sugar
    200 grams of condensed milk
    1 liter of mounted scum
    250 grams of nuts peeled
    6 eggs (the whites of egg)

    PREPARATION

    With the whites of egg on the verge of snow and the sugar a meringue is done and a tray of oil smears itself and on her they put on heaps of meringue that is cooked in the oven to slow fire.
    They put above on the meringues and the nueces ground or crushed to taste on everything.

  4. Recipe of Arequipe

    Ingredients

    3 quarts milk
    2 lbs. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/4 t. baking soda
    cinnamon stick

    Instructions

    Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer until thickened. Stir constantly,preferably with a wooden spoon,until you see the saucepan while stirring(4-5 hours). Add egg yolks and cook 2 or 3 minutes longer. Remove cinnamon stick. Let cool. This recipe must be watched constantly.
